The Goat Dairy and Grandparents Day

On Nana's last day in town, she had quite the schedule. First, we headed to the goat dairy with Reagan's class at 10. We spent about an hour there, feeding baby goats, before taking Nana to Wyatt's school for Granparents Day. She visited there for an hour or so and then we headed out for lunch. Later that evening, we all returned to Wyatt's school for a musical that the kids had been preparing especially for their grandparents and their families. It was wonderful. It was called "Back to the Cross". It had children time traveling and learning what would have happened in their community had a certain church never been planted and been around to tell the world about Jesus. The end conclusion is that it all comes "back to the cross". I was so proud of Wyatt and so impressed that he memorized so many songs and hand motions to go with them!

I was glad that my mom could do something with each of their schools. Any chance we get to have our family further involved in our lives, we jump on it. And I'm glad that my mom gets the opportunity to see all of the things the kids are always telling her about.
