Every year our church, South Valley Community Church, puts on a Harvest Festival for the community. It's a safe alternative to trick or treating and allows us the opportunity to witness to people about Jesus. It really is amazing what the church is able to do each year...they collected approximately 3000 pounds of candy and gave that out to probably 500 people or so. (We'll hear the official attendance numbers on Sunday). They set up bounce houses and giant slides...have carnival games and a cake walk...and provide tons of food...all for FREE. Such a cool ministry.
Anyway, we got the kids all dressed up and headed over to Harvest Fest...we had such a great time! Here are a few pictures from the festivities...
