Since London we have been busy...we hadn't been back for two weeks before it was time for Wyatt's first day of school. He and mommy were very excited about getting back to a weekly routine. It's hard to believe that this will be his last year of preschool...cue the tears from mommy.
Wyatt also started playing soccer. This has been an interesting experience for all involved. Some days Wyatt loves it and plays his little heart out...then other days he picks flowers the whole time...then other days he cries the entire time. Who knows what's going on there. I'll just chalk it up to the fact that he has to adjust to team sports.
Just a couple of weeks ago Wyatt's class made their annual trip to the pumpkin patch. This is always a super fun field trip, but it was especially fun this year because daddy got to go with us!
About a week after the pumpkin farm, our cousins Kenny and Kristen Marie found themselves on a California adventure and stopped in to see us. We didn't have much time together but we did manage to get Kenny out to the base to see the jets and then have a nice dinner at a cheap Mexican joint. It was so nice to have family in town...I miss all of them so much.
These days we're getting excited for the holidays and just trying to keep up with our weekly schedule. We have a couple of fun trips in the works, but I'll save the posts about that for when they actually happen and I have pictures to share. For now, I'll leave you with this cute one from the back yard on Saturday...
