Birmingham

The kids and I got to my favorite city on my birthday--happy birthday to me! (I'm 33. How is that possible? I don't feel grown up yet!) The night we got in, my mom arranged for a babysitter so that she and I could go to one of our favorite restaurants, Gian Marco, for my birthday. It was nice to have a little break after the puke-a-thon that was our time in Atlanta.

For the next few days we hung out with mom and visited with friends. Josh flew back in on Saturday morning. We were so happy to have daddy back. The rest of our trip was full of fun. We hit all of our favorite restaurants, went to a baseball game and even managed a trip to the gulf coast! Josh got to fly with a friend of mine's dad and we celebrated Wyatt's 7th birthday at the McWane Center. What I wouldn't give to go back!
