He has been doing fantastic at home with his new sister. Truthfully, I was a little concerned before Reagan was born that Wyatt wouldn't handle the transition well. He loves being the center of attention and is quite the little performer. I worried that once I wasn't able to indulge him at every moment that he would not be happy. But he has done beautifully. He mostly ignores Reagan until she cries...then he points at her and looks at me like he would like me to make her stop. He does give her tons of kisses though. It's really sweet, but kind of gross since he's teething and thus has the snottiest nose ever. I'm sure Reagan doesn't even realize that she's being coated in his snot, so I just let Wyatt be as affectionate as he wants.
I think the little guy might actually love having Reagan here. It means that he's allowed to be a little more independent than he was before. He gets to watch his shows on PBS by himself in his big boy chair...he gets to color in the kitchen...he gets to look at his books on his own terms...and he gets to sneak a marshmallow or two while mommy is feeding Reagan...life is good for Wyatt Timothy right now. Here are a few pictures of his days lately...sorry the quality is bad--they're off my cell phone.
Here he is coloring with his big boy crayons in the kitchen...

This is how I found him (notice the pants) when I went to get him after his nap...

And this is Wyatt riding Reagan's pink cow that our friends Lindsay and Travis sent her (Wyatt steals all of Reagan's cool gifts)...
